摘要
在分析钢铁企业物流发展现状及基于供应链的物流研究现状的基础上,结合供应链与物流战略的关系,提出钢铁企业面向供应链的物流战略研究,并从供应链的角度对物流信息化、物流内、外部网络的战略规划进行探讨,并以案例说明。
After analyzing the current development of logistics in iron and steel enterprises and present studies of logistics based on supply chain,and combining the relationship between supply chain and logistics strategy,the author puts forward the study about logistics strategy of supply chain in the iron and steel company, and probes from supply chain angles into supply chain information technology and strategic planning of inner and external network on logistics.Simultaneously the author uses the case to illustrate the study.
