摘要
从企业外部环境因素和企业内部环境因素两个方面,提出了汽车零部件企业业务流程设计的影响因素;具体分析了这些因素对业务流程设计的影响。在此基础上,应用模糊决策法对这些因素的重要度进行评价,提高了业务流程设计过程中决策的科学性。应用案例分析了各因素对某汽车零部件企业业务流程设计的不同影响程度,为该企业的业务流程设计提供了重要的依据。
The influencing factors of business process design for automobile parts enterprises are put forward according to both enterprises＇ external environmental factors and enterprises＇ internal environmental factors. These factors influencing upon the business process are analyzed in detail. The importance of these factors is evaluated by using fuzzy decision method based on the analysis work, which makes the decision-making of business process design more scientific. Different influence upon the business process design of a certain corporate is analyzed by a case study, which may provide important references for its business process design.
