摘要
硝化作用和反硝化作用是土壤中氮素转化的两个重要途径,它们的研究为当前农学与环境研究的热点之一。同样土壤呼吸是当前全球碳循环研究的热点之一。本文综述了国内外学者近年来对土壤硝化-反硝化作用及呼吸作用的研究方法,并对土壤碳氮转化的研究提出了一些建议。
Nitrification and Denitrification are important approaches to the transformation for carbon and nitrogen of soil, the research of which is one of the hot topic in the research of agrieuhure and environment nowadays, as well as soil respiration is another hot research topic of earbon circulation. The research of methods studying soil nitrification, denitrifieation and soil respiration are reviewed in this paper, and some advice is suggested.
