脂肪乳剂对血脂代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 30例消化道肿瘤病人随机分为 3组 ,术后分别输注长链 ( 10 % Intralipid,IL)、中长链( 10 % L ipofundin,L F)或低磷脂长链 ( 2 0 % L ipoven s,L V)脂肪乳剂 ,观察其对血脂代谢的影响。结果示除 L V组外 ,IL、L F组输注后血清甘油三酯浓度显著上升 ( P<0 .0 5) ;IL组血清总胆固醇浓度可见增高 ,L F组无明显改变 ,L V组则显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5)。据此 ,我们认为就血脂代谢而言 ,消化道肿瘤病人术后短期输注脂肪乳剂 ,以低磷脂含量者为佳 ;其次 ,在等浓度等磷脂含量脂肪乳剂中 。 Thirty cases of gastrointestinal malig- nancy,who were randomly divided into3 groups,were fed with fat emulsion to in- vestigate the effect of different emulsions on the plasma lipid metabolism after oper- ation.The emulsions were LCT(1 0 % In- tralipid,IL) ,MCT/L CT(1 0 % L Ipofundin, L F) and LCT with reduced phospholipids (2 0 % lipovenoes,LV) .The results showed the plasma triglyceride levels of group IL and group LF were elevated significantly after infusion (P <0 . 0 5 ) . The serum cholesterol concentration was increased in group IL after therapy,which had no change in group IF and decreased signifi- cantly in group L V(P<0 .0 5 ) .It suggest- ed thatfat emulsion with reduced phospho- lipids would be the best choice during short- term infusion after operation,when focused on the lipid matabolism of patients suffered from gastrointestinal malignancy. Meanwhile,MCT/LCT was also better than L CT,which were of the same concen- tration and phospholipid content.
