不同剂型中链甘油三酯对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、肠道吸收能力及血液指标的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Different Formulations of Medium-Chain Triglycerides on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility,Capacity of Intestinal Absorption and Blood Parameters of Weaner Piglets

摘要 本研究旨在探讨不同剂型中链甘油三酯(medium—chaintriglycerides,MCT)对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、肠道吸收能力及血液指标的影响。试验选用90头22日龄的断奶仔猪(杜×长×大),随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂含2.9%豆油的基础饲粮,试验组分别以1.4%液体MCT、1.4%固体MCT替代同一水平的豆油,试验期28d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1~14d,固体MCT使断奶仔猪平均日增重显著提高了13.15%(P〈0.05),显著提高了试验第14天断奶仔猪血液中D一木糖的含量(P〈0.05);2种剂型MCT均显著提高了试验第14天断奶仔猪血液中总蛋白的含量(P〈0.05);固体MCT显著降低了试验第14天断奶仔猪血液中尿素氮的含量(P〈0.05)。试验15—28d及试验全期(1~28d)的各项指标,3组间均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结果提示,MCT替代部分豆油可促进断奶后2周内仔猪肠道吸收能力的恢复,改善蛋白质代谢,进而对断奶仔猪生长性能有一定促进作用。 The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different formulations of medium- chain triglycerides (MCT) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, capacity of intestinal absorption and blood parameters of weaner piglets. Ninety piglets (Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire) weaned at 22 days of age were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into 3 groups, and the dietary treatments of these three groups were as follows : a based diet contained 2.9 % soybean oil ( CT group), the basal diet contained l. 4 % MCT oil ( MO group), and the basal diet contained 1.4 % MCT powder ( MP group), respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows : compared with CT group, the average daily gain of MP group was significantly higher than that of CT group by 13.15% from 1 to 14 days (P 〈0.05) ; MCT powder significantly enhanced the content of D-xylose in plasma on day 14 ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the different formulations of MCT significantly increased the content of total protein ( P 〈 0.05) and MCT powder signifi- cantly decreased the content of urea nitrogen in plasma on day 14 (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in above parameters among these three groups from 15 to 28 days and during the whole experimen- tal period (P 〉 0.05 ). In conclusion, replacing part of soybean oil with MCT can improve intestinal absorp- tion capacity and protein metabolism, and enhance the growth performance of weaner piglets during the first 2 weeks post-weaning.
