摘要
目的测定三七的不同溶剂浸提液中总皂苷的含量。方法采用标准曲线法。结果无水甲醇是浸提三七中皂苷类化合物的较理想溶剂,以三七皂苷R1为标准品测得该提取液中总皂苷含量为12.3%。结论该方法简便,可作为三七中皂苷类物质的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the content of total saponins in different extract of Panpax notoginseng. Methods The standard curve method was used. Results The optimal solvent was anhydrous methanol, and the content of total saponins was 12, 3% with the standard product R1 Conclusion The method is simple, and shows clearly a direction for further study on saponins,
