摘要
文章以本校专职辅导员基本状况调查结果为基础,从管理学、心理学的视角,从组织因素、环境因素、个人因素三方面分析辅导员工作压力产生的原因,并相对应地提出辅导员压力管理的具体措施。
This article is based on the results of the basic research Instructors,from the view points of management ,psychology and the three facts such as organization,environment and individual, to analyze the reasons of the Instructors'work pressure,and relatively,makes out some measures for the pressure management to the Instructors.
