摘要
通过对新课程条件下中小学教师工作的现状分析和调查,提出了产生中小学教师工作 压力的多方面原因,将有利于社会加大关注中小学教师问题的力度,提高中小学教师生活质量,为 提高教育质量和民族素质服务。
The author found out the causes of work pressure of primary investigation and research of their current situations. This will no doubt problems and help improve teachers＇ living quality and in the end enhance and middle school teachers after raise the public awareness of the education quality.
