摘要
观察贝复济（bFGF）对肛周感染性创面愈合的影响。将124例肛瘘、肛周脓肿手术后的患者，随机分成治疗组（应用bFGF）61例和对照组（常规临床换药）63例，记录创面愈合时间、4周内愈合率及治疗总体费用。结果显示，治疗组创面愈合时间为（26．2±5．8）d，对照组为（32．1±6．2）d（P〈0．01）；4周内治疗组愈合率为96．7％，对照组为85．7％（P〈0．05）；治疗总体费用治疗组（2600±185．8）元与对照组（2540±217．3）元无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结果表明，bFGF对肛周感染性创面具有促进愈合的作用，且不增加患者的治疗费用。
The objective of the study was to assess the impact of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） on wound surface healing of perianal infection. One hundred and twenty four patients who had undergone operations for anal fistula and perianal abscess were randomized into two groups,the pilot group（61 cases） received bFGF treatment,and the control group（63 cases） routine clinical dressing change. The wound surface healing time,healing rate within 4 weeks and total therapeutic cost in each group were recorded and analized. As results,the wound surface healing time in the pilot and control groups was （26.2±5.8）days vs （32. 1±6.2）days（P〈0.01）,the healing rate within 4 weeks was 96.7% vs 85.7%（P〈0.05）,and the therapeutic cost was （2 600.0±185.8） Yuan vs （2 540.0±217.3 ）Yuan（ P 〉0.05）respectively. It is concluded that bFGF is of the promoting effect on the wound surface healing of perianal infection,but the therapeutic cost is not increased.
