摘要
在以前工作的基础上，重点观察了升高胃经的“足三里”、“气冲”穴处的Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋、Ｃａ２＋浓度对实验性胃痛大鼠的痛阈影响。实验结果显示，单纯在相应穴位注射一定浓度的Ｎａ＋和Ｃａ２＋可产生针刺样效果，而于非穴位处臀部注射则没有镇痛作用，说明这种镇痛效应的产生是具有经穴特异性的。实验还证实，升高经穴处Ｋ＋浓度无镇痛效果。
On the base of earlier study,the effects of threshold of pain of rats with experimental stomachache treated by raising the concentration of K +,Na + & Ca 2+ at ZuSanli & QiChong .The results showed that only injecting by Na + & Ca 2+ of defintive concentration at homolgous points could take like acupuncture effect,but injected at non point buttock had no analgesia effect.It indicated that analgesia taking effect had channel point specificity.The test also certificated that raising the concentration of K + at channel points had no analgesia effect.
