摘要
采用Ca2+选择性外型电极,观察了乌头碱性心律失常家兔心包经上Ca2+浓度的动态变化及针刺内关对它的影响。结果表明,在家免心律失常过程中,心包经上(曲泽、内关上2cm)Ca2+浓度先下降然后逐渐回升,但30分钟内不能恢复至原有水平;针刺内关后Ca2+浓度下降幅度降低,30分钟后恢复至原有水平,而相应对照点(曲池、足三里等)处无明显变化。说明在心律失常过程中,心包经上Ca2+浓度发生特异性的变化,针刺治疗可调整Ca2+浓度变化,提示Ca2+在经络活动中有重要作用。
The dynamic changes of Ca2+ in the points along the Pericardium Channel in the arrhythmia rabbits induced by aconitine and the influence of acupuncturing Neiguan were observed, self- made needlelike Ca2+ selective electrodes were applied. The result: during the period of arrhythmia appears, Ca2+in some points(e. g. Quze, point 2cm apart from Neiguan) decreased and then restored gradually, but can' t get the level as normal. Acupuncturing Neiguan could inhibit the decrease of Ca2+ in the points mentioned above, and restored the level of as normal. The control points(Quchi, Zusanli, point in the Lung Channel) has no changes as that mentioned above. It demonstrated that the Ca2+ along the Pericardium Channel changes specially during the period of arrhythmia, and acupuncturing Neiguan can modify this type of changes. The authors consider that the calcium ion has some important functions related to the activity of the meridians.
