摘要
在企业竞争和顾客权利增大的情况下,顾客价值研究受到广泛的关注。目前,顾客价值的研究主要集中在顾客价值的定义、内涵以及识别方面,而关于顾客价值创造方面的研究是相对较少的。以顾客价值链的角度研究顾客价值创造,从顾客价值的概念入手,回顾了相关的顾客价值创造研究,在此基础上分析了顾客价值链的影响因素,并提出了基于顾客价值链的顾客价值创造策略。
Under the situation of the increase in the enterprise competition and the customer right, the customer value research receives the widespread attention. Now, the customer value researeh mainly concentrates in the customer value definition, the connotation as well as the recognition, but the research of customer value creation is relative less. This thesis studies the customer value creation from the angle of the customer value chain. The thesis starts with the customer value concept and reviews the research about the customer value creation, then analyzes the influence factors of the customer value chain, brings forward strategies of the customer value creation which base on the customer value chain.
