摘要
农民在政治参与中的弱势导致"政治生态"失衡,这是农民问题产生和发展的一个重要原因。实现农民政治参与,即实现农民平等的参与政治活动、影响政治决策,使之体现农民的意志和利益,是解决农民问题的重要途径。实现农民政治参与有赖于农民在参与过程中以确保农民平等权利为基础的政治博弈,这需要农民个体、代表和组织的共同努力。
The disadvantage of farmers＇ political participation results in imbalance of ＂political ecology＂, which is one of the important reasons of the emergence and development of the issue of farmer. Realizing the farmers＇politieal participation, namely ensure farmers equally participate political activities and influence political decisions to embody farmers＇wills and benefits, is an effective solution to the issue of farmer. Realizing farmers＇politieal participation depends on political game on which farmers＇ equal fights guaranteed is based, which calls for the joint efforts of individual farmer, representative and organizations.
