On The Situation, Barriers And Some Key Problems Of Web-based Education

摘要 文章列举了网络教育资源共享的有利形势和存在的障碍,提出了实现共享的几个认识问题、途径与方式问题、组织整合问题和共享主体自律问题的解决思路。 The paper lists some favourable conditions and barriers about web-based education, advices the solution of some key ideas, ways or methods, organization＇s combination to realize the resources＇ sharing.
