摘要
文章提出，必须明确发展我国现代远程教育的目的和重点，要结合中国的实际，要注意发挥各类高等学 校的优势，要搞好教学资源建设。文章提出了加快教学资源建设的一些措施。
In this article, the author states in clear terms the purposes and the emphasis in China's distance education. The necessity to bring into full play of the existing advantages of various higher education institutes and to take full consideration of China's reality is driven home. The author sees it important to improve the teaching resources and different measures are given full analysis.
