香菇多糖联合化疗在治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的作用 被引量：15

摘要 [目的]观察香菇多糖联合诺维苯(NVB)加顺铂(DDP)在治疗中晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效及其减毒增效作用。[方法]将64例经病理证实的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为A、B两组;A组(33例)采用香菇多糖加化疗,B组(31例)采用单纯化疗;两组化疗方案均采用NP(NVB、DDP)方案。2个疗程后评价疗效,观察两组患者肿瘤缓解率、毒副反应及生活质量。[结果]治疗后A、B两组的有效率分别为48.5%和35.5%,两者比较无显著性差异;A组的Karnofsky评分改善率(42.2%)高于B组(22.5%)(P<0.01);A组T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞活性治疗后明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),而B组无明显变化(P>0.05);B组的白细胞减少及恶心呕吐反应发生率高于A组。[结论]香菇多糖联合化疗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌提高了机体免疫功能,改善了患者生活质量,并减轻化疗毒性作用。
