摘要
法律素质是由法律知识、法制观念和法制实践能力构成的有机统一体。提高大学生法律素质对建设社会主义和谐社会、对加速我国的法制现代法进程以及实施依法治国方略、对发展社会主义市场经济、对推进素质教育的发展都具有十分重要的意义。因此,高校应该转变法制教育观念、确立正确的法制教育目标,并从改革现行教育模式、营造良好的校园法制环境、优化法制教育师资队伍等方面着力培养和提高大学生的法律素质。
Law quality is composed of law knowledge legality and legal practice abilities. To strenghen the education of college students＇ law quality is of great importance in building our cuntry into harmonious society, speeding up the process of legality modernization and administrating the country according to laws, developing the socialist market economy and is pushing forward quality educatin of college students. Therefore it is necessary that colleges should change views and ideas of legality education to establish the goal of legality education and cultivate to enhance legality quality of college students by reforming current education mode, creating excellent campus legal environment, optimizing teacher team of legality education.
