摘要
高校教师思想政治工作是凝聚人心、调动教师积极性、激发教师创造性的工作,为高校的改革、发展和稳定提供强大的精神动力与思想保证。从高校教师思想政治工作的现状出发,探索新形势下高校教师思想政治工作的特点和规律,创新工作思路和方法,使教师思想政治工作在创新中前进,在前进中创新。
The ideological political work for college teachers is one that conglomerates teachers,brings positive factors of teachers into play and triggers them to work creatively.The work can.provide colleges with powerful spiritual motivation and ideological pledge in their reforms,development and consolidation.Taking the status quo of the political ideological work for college teachers as the starting point in consideration the probe into the features and rules of the ideological and political work for college teachers and bringing forth new ideas in the thinking and dealing ways of the work can make the work advance and bring forth new ideas in the advancing process.
