摘要
高校教职工思想政治工作是凝聚人心、调动教职工积极性、激发教职工创造性的工作,为高校的改革、发展和稳定提供强大的精神动力与思想保证。从高校教职工思想政治工作的现状出发,探索新形势下高校教职工思想政治工作的特点和规律,创新工作思路和方法,使高校教职工思想政治工作有为有位。
At present the ideological educational work can arouse the enthusiasm and promote the creation of the college staff. It is the assurance and motive power of the college＇s reform and development. In the article, the author try to explore the traits and regularities of the ideological education for college staff , bringing forward new ideas and the way of creation , so as to improve the ideological education work under new circumstances .
