摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者并糖尿病肾病(DN)的危险因素。方法对104例T2DM患者其中46例并DN的临床资料及生化指标进行分析。结果DN组的年龄、病程、平均血压(MAP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、胰岛素(Ins)、C肽、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)及血液粘度均较对照组有显著差异。结论年龄和病程、高血压、高TC、高TG、低HDL-C、高LDL-C、高血糖、高胰岛素血症、胰岛素抵抗、高血液粘度是T2DM患者并DN的危险因素。
Objective The study on the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods To study clinical data and biochemistry index sign of 104 type 2 diabetes mellitus （64 with diabetic nephropathy）. Results The age ,disease distance ,MAP ,HbA I C ,TC ,TG ,HDL-C ,LDL-C ,C-P ,Ins ,IAI and blood glue degree in the DN group were difference in the statistics than that of the against group. Conclusion The age,disease distance,blood pressure,TC,TG,HbA1C, HDL-C,LDL-C,insulin resist and blood glue degree were the risk factor in the type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic nephropathy.
