摘要
对77例Ⅱ型糖尿病并发糖尿病肾病（DN）患者甲襞微循环进行了观察，并与76例无DN患者进行比较。结果表明，Ⅱ型糖尿病并发DN组患者微血管流态和袢周状态均有显著异常，与无DN组比较，DN患者血流速度明显减慢，并有明显的血细胞聚集和袢周渗出。Logistic多元回归分析显示，微循环异常为DN独立的危险因素（OR：1．46，95％CI：1．18～2.28）。
in order to study the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and microcirculation,thenailfold microcirculation in 77 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic nephropathy(DN)were observed. Compared with 76 cases without DN,it was found that there were more evident abnormalities of the forms of blood flow and the states around the loop in patients with DN, including markedlyslowed velocity of blood flow,increased aggregation of blood cells and obvious exudation around the loop.Logistic multiple regression analysis indicated that the change of the microcirculation was as independentrisk factor for DN (OR: 1. 46, 95% CI: 1. 18-2. 28).
