摘要
配制系列高炉喷补料,并检测其烧后线变化及耐热震性等性能.喷补料的体积稳定性直接影响其热稳定性.以焦宝石,铝矾土等为基本骨料,以高铝水泥等为复合结合剂的喷补料中加入适量的Al2O3微粉,有利于提高喷补层在烘炉过程中的体积稳定性及热稳定性,同时还能改善喷补料附着率及喷补层同砖衬间的粘结强度.
A series of B.F. Gunning refractory are made and its properties,such as linear change during baking and thermal shock resistance, are measured. Linear change of the B. F. Gunning refractory, with clay and bauxile as main concrete. and high aluminium cement as binder, can be reduced by adding 3% Al2O3 fine powder.Mean while, the thermal shock resistance,rebond rate and bond strength can obviously be improved.
