高炉喷补料抗渣试验的初步研究

摘要 本文在综合国内外抗渣试验方法的基础上,提出了静态与动态抗渣试验方法,此方法具有不需进行炉渣与被测试样相分离便可获得试验结果的优点。动态抗渣试验方法还可连续反映试样被侵蚀过程。用此方法测定了高炉下部喷补料被马钢高炉渣浸蚀的试验结果,试验表明,喷补料的组成及其干燥加热制度对喷补料的抗渣性都有较大影响。 Test methods of the resistance to slag corrosion in both Static and dynamic condition are established in this paper These methods have the advantages of obtaining the corrosion result without separating the slag from refractory sample and show ing continuously the corrosion rate during the testing process The corrosion degree of the gunning sample by BF Slag is measured by the methods The result shows that the compositition and the drying and heatng method of the gunning sample affect its property of the resistance to slag corrosion
