口服降糖药与胰岛素短期治疗新诊断2型糖尿病疗效分析被引量：4

摘要目的观察口服降糖药与胰岛素短期治疗新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法将新诊断T2DM46例分为两组,治疗组23例采用口服降糖药治疗,对照组23例采用胰岛素治疗,比较治疗后和组间的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)。结果两组病例治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c明显降低,Fins明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论口服降糖药也能快速控制血糖,改善胰岛功能,为日后长期良好控制血糖奠定基础。
