摘要
利用SELF-SReM4模型解析了C-Cr-Fe-Ni四元系中各组元活度,在此基础上,对铁浴熔融还原冶炼不锈钢母液过程进行了理论预测,提出在复吹条件下应考虑熔池中CO2对Cr和氧化作用,并计算了该选择性氧化反应的转化温度.分析了冶炼不同成分的合金、转化温度、熔地含碳量和二燃率之间关系,并讨论了这些参数对渣中残余(%T.Cr)的影响.热力学预测结果为铁浴熔融还原冶炼不锈钢母液的工业性基础试验的顺利进行提供了理论依据.
The SELF-SReM4 was used to calculate the component activities of C-Cr- Fe -Ni quaternary system. The evaluated component activities were used to predict the bath smelting reduction process of stainless parent alloy. It was emphasized that the converting temperature must to be calculated under the effect of post combustion. The relations of the converting temperature, the carbon content and the post combustion rate were alloyed for different alloys, and their effect on the residual (%CrOx.) was also discussed. For an accepta ble yield of chromite ore one should control the post combustion rate should be lower than a pendtted value according to the given operating temperature.
