Si_3N_4-ZrO_2陶瓷在高应力条件下的抗氧化性能

摘要 研究了Si3N4-ZrO2复合材料在高温高应力条件下的抗氧化能力。结果表明:(1)Si3N4-ZrO2复合材料的抗氧化性主要取决于表面状态和ZrN的生成量;当表面有较多的ZrN(超过40%)时,在高温下氧化很快进行,并渗透到内部;当表面有一层Si2N2O或者无ZrN时,其氧化程度很轻。(2)Si3N4-ZrO2材料具有较强的抗热冲击能力和抗高温压应力能力。 The oxidation resistance of Si 3N 4 ZrO 2 composite under high stress was investigated. The experimental results were as follows:(a)The oxidation resistance of Si 3N 4 ZrO 2 composite depended mainly on the amount of ZrN which was formed during sintering. When some ZrN was formed on the surface of sintered samples,the sample was oxidated quickly under high stress at 1100℃. On the other hand,when some Si 2N 2O was formed or no ZrN on the surface of the sample,the sample was very difficult to oxidate. (b)The thermal shock resistance and compressive stress at high temperature of Si 3N 4 ZrO 2 composite were better. \
