摘要
简述了旋流态离心自磨机的结构及粉碎原理,运用以散体力学基本方程所导出的相似判据,结合该磨机的粉碎是在离心力和重力双重作用下的情况,导出了适合该磨机相似模拟的相似判据和以几何相似比为主的磨机参数计算公式。以d300mm实验机为基础,模拟设计了d800mm工业机。工业试验表明,所设计的工业机,其主要参数的实测值与模拟计算值十分接近。
This paper describes the structure and pulverization meshansim of a cyclone centrifugal autogenous mill. According to the similarity criteria derived by a basic equation of bulk dynamics and the mill′s pulverization resulting from centrifugal force and gravitational force, the author has derived the similarity criteria suitable for the mill′s analog simulation and the calculation formula for the mill′s parameters mainly including geometric similarity ratio. Based on a 300 mm dia. laboratory mill, a 800 mm dia. industrial mill is designed. The industrial test has shown that the measured values of the main parameters by the industrial mill are very close to the calculated values by simulation, indicating that it is feasible to perform analog simulation calculation using the similarity parameter formula.
