摘要
应用分形几何理论,研究了脆性材料在冲击粉碎方式下形成颗粒的粒度分布特征,发现在双对数坐标下,颗粒粒径的质量累积百分含量与粒径之间呈直线关系,表明其粒度分布具有分形结构。根据该直线的斜率b,由公式D=3-b可求得相应的分维。分维可作为描述粒度分布特征的一个序参量,其值反映了分布的离散趋势和颗粒的均匀程度,并在量度材料强度和估测颗粒级配等方面有重要意义。
In this paper,the grain distribution characteristics of powder,which is ground by impulse,are studied by the fractal geometry.It is found that thereis a linear relationship between the accumulative mass percentage and the grain size in the log-log plot,and it shows that the grain distribution of powder has fractal structure.The slope b in the plot can be used to calculate the relative fractal dimension D by the equation D=3~b.D may be taken as a ordered parameter,which describes the grain distribution characteristics of powder.The value of D reflects the scatter trend of distribution as well as the uniformity of grains and it has great significance in measuring the strength of materials and estimating the grain distribution of powder,etc.
