摘要
通过正交试验研究了水蒸气蒸馏法提取六安地产生姜精油的工艺.通过控制温度、颗粒尺寸、提取时间等因素,确定了水蒸气蒸馏法提取生姜精油的最佳工艺条件.
Technology of refined oil of ginger in Lu＇an extracted by steam distillation was studied on orthogonal experiment in this paper. The optimal technology conditions of refined oil of ginger extracted by steam distillation were obtained by controlling temperature, size of grain, extraction time, etc.
