曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病左室功能的疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察曲美他嗪对缺血型心肌病患者左室功能的作用。方法将84例NYHAⅡ～Ⅳ级的缺血性心肌病患者分成2组,均使用ACEI、利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂治疗。治疗组44例,加用曲美他嗪20mg,共6个月,与对照组比较。结果经过6个月曲美他嗪治疗,44例中1例退出,34例心功能改善Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,有效率达79%,而对照组为45%。另外,运动到亚极限时间及LVEF、E/A值均比对照组增加明显;左室舒张末内径及收缩末内径较对照组下降明显。结论曲美他嗪能明显改善缺血性心肌病左室功能,明显提高了生活质量,且耐受性好。
