摘要
目的:在临床操作过程中获得一种更为简便而准确的检查金属烤瓷全冠适合性的方法。方法:利用高流动性硅橡胶分别制取石膏代模间隙印模和牙预备体间隙印模,利用扫描仪和photoshop图像处理软件检测硅橡胶薄膜的透光率。结果:硅橡胶薄膜的透光率能准确的反映出其厚度。通过测量点获得的唇面硅橡胶薄膜厚度与直接读取获得的唇面整体的硅橡胶薄膜厚度之间没有明显差异(P>0.05)。石膏代模间隙印模和牙预备体间隙印模两者之间没有显著性差异。结论:高流动性硅橡胶间隙印模测量金属烤瓷全冠适合性的方法准确可靠。
Objective:To establish a more convenient and accurate method for detecting the fitness of poreelain-fused-to-metal crown in the clinical operation. Methods:The plaster die space impression and tooth preparation space impression were prepared by using high-flow silicone rubber. The transmittance of the silicone membrane was detected by Photoshop image processing software. Results:The thickness of the silicone membrane was exactly reflected by the transmittance. There was no significant difference between the thickness of silicone membrane of the labial surface detected by the measurement points and that detected directly. No significant difference was found between plaster die space impression and tooth preparation space impression. Conclusion:Using high-flow silicone rubber space impression to measure the fitness of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown is accurate and reliable.
