摘要
对比常规间接桩核蜡型三维扫描数据,分析根桩印模直接扫描并重建根桩模型的精度。首先制作30颗牙齿的体外缺损模型,模拟临床制取局部闭口式硅橡胶根桩印模后,再通过三维光学扫描重建根桩三维模型,利用Geomagic Qualify 12.0软件的最佳拟合配准功能,通过检测印模重复扫描的误差,分析三维扫描方法的精确度,将每颗牙齿的印模扫描与间接蜡型扫描分别重建的根桩模型做对比,对根桩印模扫描方法重建根桩模型的准确度进行了分析。结果显示,根桩印模三维光学重复扫描误差均值小于10μm,印模与蜡型扫描重建的根桩模型间差异范围为25.86~40.03μm,结果表明根桩印模三维扫描的精度满足修复临床精度要求,可以应用于临床实践。
The three-dimensional digitization accuracy of dental post impression was analyzed by comparing with conventional post and core waxpattern digitization. A total of 30 prepared teeth requiring post restorations were made, sectional dual arch vinyl polysiloxane impression was taken for each tooth and digitized with an optical scanner. By best-fit alignment of Geomagic Qualify 12.0, the precision of post impression digitization was first evaluated through analyzing repetitive scanning error, and the accura- cy of post impression digitization was then investigated by comparing 3D post models of each tooth from impression with wax-pat tern digitization. Results show that the mean repetitive error of digitization is limited to ~0 t^m, and the average deviations be tween post models from impression and wax pattern digitization range from 25. 86--40. 03 txm, which is clinically accep*able, suggesting that optical digitization accuracy of post impressions is suitable for clinical aDnlication_
