摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定截血膏中芍药苷的含量。方法:超声提取,Shim-pack C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相.流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为230 nm,柱温35℃。结果:芍药苷在11.76～58.8μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),其平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.9%。结论:本法可有效测定截血膏中芍药苷的含量。
Objective： To determine the content of Paeoniflorin in GieXue Ointment by HPLC. Method： The Shim-pack C18 column （150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol - water（25：75 ）. The flow - rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 with the column temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result： The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 11.76 - 58.8 μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 5 ） ; The average recovery was 99.5 % （ RSD = 1.90% , n = 6） in the GieXue Ointment. Conclusion： The method proves suitable for determination the content of Paeoniflorin in JieXue Ointment.
