摘要
本研究首次以葡聚糖Ｇ２００纯化东毕吸虫成虫抗原，用７５１分光光度计测各管的ＯＤ值，结果共出现四个洗脱峰，其中以第一峰峰值最高（ＯＤ２８０＝１．７５），蛋白浓度为１．３２９ｍｇ／ｍｌ。将纯化的抗原与东毕吸虫阳性血清、阴性血清采用ＩＨＡ的方法测定其抗原的特异性与敏感性。结果表明：纯化抗原（第一峰）在ＩＨＡ试验中具有特异性强（９３．
