苦豆子总碱对大鼠实验性结肠炎中调节性T细胞及Foxp3 mRNA的表达影响 被引量:2

摘要 苦豆子是豆科槐属植物,主要成分为生物碱,有槐果碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱、槐胺碱等。药用根、根茎、全草及种子,味苦性寒,有清热解毒、祛风燥湿、止痛杀虫等作用,民间常用于菌痢、肠炎。本研究是在前期药效明确的基础上拟从分子免疫方面进一步探讨其在大鼠实验性结肠炎中的治疗作用及作用机制。
