摘要
物流服务作为企业顾客服务的主要构成部分,已成为企业提升竞争力的关键。本文首先介绍了物流服务的概念及其特性,指出了物流服务对于企业的重要性,在此基础上确定物流服务水平,运用BSC法建立物流服务绩效评估体系,提出了物流服务水平实现合理化的步骤。
As the main component of enterprise consumer services, commodity-interflow service becomes the key to enhancing enterprise competitiveness. The article introduces the concept and the feature of commodity-interflow service, and then points out its importance to enterprises. On that basis, by means of BSC method, the article establishes the performance evaluation system of commodity-interflow service, and suggests the measures to realize the rationalization of commodity-interflow service.
