运用超声波技术提取朝鲜蓟中多酚类化合物的研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨超声波提取法提取朝鲜蓟中多酚类化合物的最佳条件。[方法]采用超声波提取技术提取朝鲜蓟中的多酚类化合物,通过4因素3水平的正交试验研究不同提取条件对朝鲜蓟多酚提取率的影响,探讨提取多酚类化合物的最佳条件。[结果]料液比对总提取率和多酚化合物提取率的影响最大,其次是提取功率,提取温度和时间的影响最小。超声波法提取朝鲜蓟中多酚化合物的最佳条件为:提取功率650 W,提取时间20 min,提取温度30℃,料液比1∶20。[结论]该研究为朝鲜蓟的进一步加工及开发奠定了基础。 The research aimed to investigate the optimum conditions for extracting polyphenol compounds from Cynara scolymus L.by ultrasonic wave extraction method.The orthogonal test with 4 factors and 3 levels was conducted to study the effects of different extracting conditions on extraction rate of polyphenol from C.scolymus and the optimum conditions was discussed for extracting polyphenol compounds.The maximum effects on total extraction rate and the extraction rate of polyphenol compounds was of the ratio of material to liquid,the next was extraction power.Extraction temperature and time were the minimum effect on the extraction rate.The optimum conditions for extracting polyphenol compounds from C.scolymus was as follows:extraction power of 650 W,extraction time of 20 min,temperature of 30 ℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶20.The research laid the foundation for further processing and development of C.scolymus.
