摘要
目的改进手术室晨间交班方法,提升手术室护理质量。方法从手术室交班时间、形式、地点、内容进行了改进、充实。结果经过连续1年晨间交班方法的改进,医生和患者对手术室的满意率分别为98.64%、99.15%。护士综合素质明显提高。与改进前比较,理论与操作考核成绩明显提高(P<0.05)。结论改进后的手术室晨间交班方法可有效提升护理质量。
Objective To reform of nurses＇ morning shift handover and improve the quality of nursing in operation room. Methods We reformed the timing, means, setting and contents of the nurses＇ morning handover, as well as established related regulations and rules. Results One year later, the doc tors＇ and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing increased to 98.64% and 99.15% respectively. The nurses＇ general quality has been improved （P 〈 0.05） Compared with before,the nurses＇ performance of theory and teaehniques were improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The reformed nurses＇ morning ban dover can effectively improve the quality of nursing in operation room.
