摘要
通过对立式涡壳离心泵站装置的了解和改造前的试验,求出泵站的管路装置特性曲线,对泵的运行工况进行分析找出原因,确定泵改造参数和方案,实施后提高了泵站的运行效率,取得了良好的节能效果。
Through the understand of vertical volute centrifugal pump setting and the test before reconstruction,the performance curve of pump was figured out,the running status of pump was analyzed,the parameter and way of pump＇s reconstruction was figured out. The result show that the reconstruction increase the efficiency of pump evidently , achieve preferable energy-saving purpose.
