Based on practical parameters required in operation of the feed - water pump, the parameters for retrofitting have been determined through calculation, and the capacity - increasing retrofit being carried out according to the determined parameters. After retrofitting, the capacity of the said pump is close to practical operating condition. the effectiveness of energy- saving to be remarkable.
