支气管哮喘与慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道重建的差异比较 被引量:1

摘要 气道重建最早是由Koessler于1922年提出的。目前认为支气管哮喘(哮喘)与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)在临床表现、肺功能检查及病理组织等方面有许多相似之处,但两者在引起气道重建的形态结构改变、原因及调控机制等方面有明显的不同,现对两者气道重建的差异性进行综述。
