支气管哮喘联合用药研究进展 被引量：38

摘要 支气管哮喘发病有多种因素参与,可以针对不同因素采用联合治疗。联合吸入ICS和LABA,对控制哮喘气道炎症和改善气道平滑肌功能具有一定的协同作用和互补效果,常用的三种联合制剂沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松、布地奈德/福莫特罗、丙酸倍氯米松/福莫特罗通过各自不同的药物特点和装置发挥作用;白三烯受体拮抗剂通过减少白三烯的释放,与ICS和LABA联合起到互补协同效应;ICS还可以和长效茶碱、抗过敏药物以及免疫调节剂等合理地联合应用,以增加疗效,达到并维持哮喘控制。
