男性急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆脂联素水平及相关分析

摘要 目的探讨男性急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆脂联素水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系。方法64例男性ACS患者(ACS组),根据冠状动脉造影结果,按狭窄所累及的血管支数分为:单支血管病变组25例,双支血管病变组18例,三支血管病变组21例。另选择41例男性作为健康对照组。采用放射免疫方法检测血浆脂联素水平。结果ACS组血浆脂联素水平显著低于健康对照组,P〈0.01。三支血管病变组较单支血管病变组血浆脂联素水平降低(P〈0.05)。血浆脂联索水平与体重指数及三酰甘油呈负相关(P〈0.01);而与高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论血浆脂联索水平与ACS发生相关,可能是判断冠状动脉病变严重程度的一个指标,可成为冠状动脉疾病发病的一个独立危险因素。
