摘要
近年来,人们发现脂肪组织不仅是储存和释放能量的场所,还是一个重要的内分泌器官,能够分泌多种活性蛋白,如肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素、瘦素、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂、脂联素等,它们具有细胞因子的一些结构特点,因此统称为“脂肪因子”,参与能量和代谢的调节。脂联素(APN)是新近发现的由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的一种蛋白质,
