摘要
通过施工导流系统效用函数的确定,用效用理论阐述了施工导流期望损失与导流标准的关系,提出了导流标准效用均衡原则,使其导流标准达到优化。
The relationship between the construction diversion expected lost and diuersion criterion was ex- plained by using the effect theory and determining the eomtruetion diversion system effect function and then the diversion criterion effect balance principle was put forward too in this paper to make the diversion criterion op tmized.
