硫酸氢钾催化合成肉桂酸异丙酯 被引量:3

Catalytic Synthesis of Isopropyl Cinnamylate with Potassium Bisulfare

摘要 用硫酸氢钾催化肉桂酸与异丙醇的酯化反应,合成了肉桂酸异丙酯。研究结果表明,硫酸氢钾具有较高的催化活性。考察了肉桂酸/异丙醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯产率的影响,以及催化剂的重复使用性能。在典型反应条件(肉桂酸/异丙醇/硫酸氢钾的摩尔比=1∶5.5∶0.48,回流3 h)下,所得肉桂酸异丙酯的产率为72.0%。该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用。 Isopropyl cinnamylate was synthesized by the esterifiestion of isopropyl alcohol with cinnamic acid in the presence of potassium bisulfate monohydrate. The obtained results showed that the potassium bisulfate monohydrate had high catalytic activity on the esterification reaction. The effects of the molar ratio of cinnamon acid to isopropyl alcohol, the amount of potassium bisulfate monohydrate, and the reaction time on the yield of isopropyl alcohol and catalysis activity of reused catalysts had been studied. Under the typical conditions, the synthesized ester yield could reach 72.0 % (the molar ratio of cinnamic acid/isopropyl alcohol/potassium bisulfate = 1:5.5:0.48, refluring 3 h). Bisulfate monohydrate catalyst could be easily recovered and reused.
