摘要
针对房地产开发企业风险不断加大的现状,提出了房地产企业实行项目成本控制与管理的必要性,从项目的投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段对项目成本的控制与管理进行了详细阐述,以提高房地产企业的投资效益。
In light of the present condition that the risk of real estate developers is continuously increased, the author proposes the necessity of the control and management of project cost implemented by real estate developers, and illustrates it from the stages of decision-making, design, bidding, construction and completion, in order to increase the investment result of real estate developers.
