摘要
通过对德国标准Schall 03铁路噪声预测方法的理论推导和分析,论证了预测计算方法的可靠性、适用性和存在的问题。该方法没有考虑铁路噪声频谱特性、垂向指向性和地面类型等因素的影响,有关列车类型的声学参数和速度修正方法也不符合我国铁路状况,因此不能满足我国铁路噪声预测的要求。在引进或采用该方法时,应对预测计算模式进行适当的修改。
The reliability, applicability and existing problems of railway noise prediction method of German Schall 03 were demonstrated by theoretic deduction and analysis on the method. Relative impacting factors such as the character of frequency, vertical directivity and ground impaction of the railway noise were not considered in the method. Relative acoustic parameters of trains and velocity modification were not adaptive to the domestic railway situation. So the method is not accordant with the requirement of railway noise prediction in our country and the prediction calculation mode should be modified if the method was introduced or adopted in our country.
