摘要
肉类食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注,是我国新时期肉类加工业必须解决的一个重大问题。通过对我国肉类食品生产、加工等环节存在的安全隐患进行的阐述,对其发展提出了合理化的建议,为实施综合监督奠定了基础。
Nowadays more and more attentions have been paid to the safeties of meat products, which is a major problem, and we have to solve. In this article, the problems existing in processing of meat products were put forwards and some rational suggestions were given in order to establish the basis for the integrated monitoring.
