摘要
目的:观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院就诊的老年原发性高血压病人76例,每日晨起口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5mg,采用逐渐增量的方法,最大剂量5mg/d,疗程为6周。对比用药前后心电图、实验室检查等各项指标的变化,采用自身对照方法观察老年高血压病人服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片后血压的变化。结果:治疗前后心电图、实验室检查等无明显变化,治疗6周后,血压由(172.0±19.2)/(106.0±9.6)mmHg下降至(141.3±12.7)/(85.6±6.1)mmHg,差异有统计学意义P(<0.05)。显效率61.84%,总有效率90.79%,不良反应发生率为7.89%。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片是一种安全、有效的降压药,治疗老年高血压疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the levamlodipine besylate tablets in patients with geriatric hypertension. Methods： Seventy six patients with elder primary hypertension were treated by gradual increment from 2.5 mg to 5 mg every day in 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, electrocardiogram and other clinical data were analysed. Result： It is unobviously that the electrocardiogram an dates. After 6 weeks,the hypertension was lower （141.3± 12.7）/（85.6±6. 1） mmHg, than before （172.0±19.2）/（106.0±9.6） mmHg （P 〈0. 05）. The proportion of effectionis 61. 840/00, in all 90.79%, the side reaction was 7. 89%. Conclusion： The levamlodipine besylate tablets is secure and effective medicine to drop the blood pressure. It is obviously in elder patients of hypertension by this treatment.
